Outdoor and Velocity

A huge thank you to Outdoor and Velocity. I have received fantastic service. I bought a Wave Leatherman from Outdoor and Velocity in Somerset Mall in December 2020. I had the leatherman engraved and on collection saw that the engraver had made an error on the date. This could not be corrected. I was devastated and was leaving for London within a few days. The engraving company could not fix the engraving. I then contacted the owner of Outdoor and Velocity and he went out of his way and replaced the leatherman. Thank you for making Christmas for me.
