Extremely poor customer service

One of the worst customer experiences. I lodged a complaint to inform the management of the treatment I received at their Somerset West and Cape Gate stores. I was promised a call which came during a time that I was busy. I informed them that they can try again and even tried calling Melandri back myself. My call was rejected and that was the end of it from their side (that was more than 2 weeks ago). Unfortunately I have been too busy to follow up or write reviews in the relevant consumer awareness forums. However I have been able to find the time to now share with my network and other consumer forums my poor experience with said company. This is a company that did not take my experience of racial profiling by their staff seriously or the fact that their website is inconsistent with their store pricing. Definitely not a company I would recommend to anyone and not one that will enjoy my patronage again.
