I bought a Combat CZ duty from the Store the Friday.... The Saturday the gun started leaking bullets from the barrel....I returned the gun on the Sunday which they firstly refused to take back and issue me a refund... they then decided to fix the gun in-front of me ( bare in mind this is a 2-3 days old ITEM) i then decided i no longer wanted the ITEM because either it was broken when selling it to me or it was of such poor quality vs the Price (R2150). I then quoted the consumer act, the assistant Porche then stated they dont have money in the till to repay me i should take the gun with me home and they will call me to collect and return..... I recorded the conversation and have it saved on my phone.... This occurred on the 26th January 2019... they never called...

On the 28th January 2019 I CALL THEM ASKING if my refund is ready and should i return the gun... Porche and her manager has a discuession in the background me over hearing them stating "they not going to issue me a refund" she comes back to the phone and tell me they will have to check the GUN AGAIN and send it away for testing but a refund wont be possible i need to remain with the broken gun or have it fixed by them or manufacturer.....WHAT THE HELL CHOP SHOP IS THIS!!!!

I called the head office muliple times no answer i then decided i should come here and seek advise report etc...

How many other people have they not ****** out of hard earned money!!!!
