Bad service and quality

I bought a pellet gun from Velocity, and just one day later, it was faulty. It took them 4 weeks to send a replacement, and when I finally received it, they sent me a second-hand pellet gun. The experience was frustrating, and I’m very disappointed with their service and product quality. Wouldn’t recommend.
