Shop Owner Blatantly ****-Extremely Poor Service.

In October 2014 I handed in a set of tent poles for repairs. After being told that they were sent to the agents in Cape Town, I waited to hear what the situation is. I was informed that the sections of the poles that were damaged will be replaced and we are waiting for them to arrive from overseas. Over the next 6 months I was given numerous updates, being told that the poles are in CT and are going to be replaced as discussed. <br> <br> On Tuesday when I stopped at the store, I was sure that I saw my poles sticking out of a box. I enquired about them and was told by William that they are in CT & I have to be patient. When I went home this played on my mind so I called the Agents on Friday. They informed me that they have not received my poles & that they had some contact with the store last year, but haven't heard back since. <br> <br> I went to Outdoor Adventure Gear & asked for my poles. I was told that they are in CT. When I said that I spoke to the agents, the lies were still denied, until I opened the box on the shop floor to reveal my poles. William then changed his story & tried to cover it up. <br> <br> He blatantly **** & wasted 6 months of my time. Shocking behavior. ********* and pathetic.<br> <br>
