THE WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE!!

THE WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE!! I ordered a crochet playsuit for New years eve, ordered a size up because the model looked small and thought if its a bit big its got “adjustable straps” (they weren’t even attached strapped …) and i can wear a belt. I received the item LATE. I usually wear a size 8 sometimes even a 6 and I’ve gone and tried this “adjustable strap” playsuit on, and it a can’t move my legs … the width around my thighs was to tight but the body was so loose, it was a mess. I ordered a MEDIUM/LARGE … what a joke i can’t move my legs … clearly a company using size 4 models wearing “larges” anyway sent a email explaining what had happened and that i think i got a faulty one. 20 emails later over the space of a MONTH i still had no straight answer each email would take a few days for them to basically ask what had happened. Clearly not reading previous emails. NO customer help what so ever. apparently i had “received the correct item” … so if you are a medium/large you should have very very skinny legs Then i was offered and extra $30 added on top just so i spent it in there store. “so i can find something i LOVE”-quote *half the stock is always sold out* clearly trying to keep me quiet A BUSINESS DOING IT FOR THE MONEY NOT CARING ABOUT CUSTOMERS AT ALL. they’ve just been a waste of time and have just messed me around. Such a SELFISH, RUDE company i definitely won’t be going back … unless im the size of stick so i can fit in there clothes … Sooo, thanks for nothing outcast clothing except some serious self confidence issues.
