Debt Advice Consultant = Attorney Fees
In January I looked for advice from a company I saw called Outadebt. I asked them if they would be willing to take over my debt review with SA Credit Solutions as my accounts are being mishandled. I never heard from

Outadebt for months and then i emailed Yvette who said she will get Wilma to contact me. In the interim i got NCR to investigate my debt and help me sort out paid up accounts that was still being paid.

Outadebt then sends me a letter to sign to them permission for the takeover. I have then heard from NCR and could not commit to anything until their investigation was complete.

26 October i get an invoice for R570 from a lawyer - for the emails sent. I called and queried this as i not told about a cost involved for advice from a debt counsellor.

He said what did i think was going to help with my case. I explained I am at no point liable for this. He said why am i query this small amount R570 and in any event I am paying the responses i received.

WOW!!! Catch22 - this guy layer whatever he is was rude and annoying. I was dealing with Outadebt NOT ATTORNEYS!!!

BE ALERT - bebt counsellors are as greedy attorneys doing nothing
