I relocated last year, and I canceled my account last year. Suddenly on the 01st of April, they debit my account. They sent me an email last year, June confirming my account was canceled. I emailed them, and this is the reply they sent: 'This email/letter confirms your cancellation. While we are sorry to see you go, we understand that circumstances change. This is a sad moment for us, but we hope that in time you will be in a better position to donate to our worthy cause. Please continue to be a supporter of our work, and share our successes with your friends and family. Seriously, I asked for my refund, and I received the same automated reply I received in June. They will deduct payments once you have canceled.
