Poor service from Out There Adventures

Do not do business with this company. They do not hold stock and only confirm stock availability after payment. I made payment, only to receive a one line e-mail response of "no stock". As if that was unprofessional, it has been 3 months and both my bank and myself, after following up, have not received the refund.

This is the WhatsApp response from the owner after posting a review of bad service: "The last communication we had was on the 21st of August, if you dont tell me how the hell am I supposed to know that you still dont me have a refund. After two months You post that on Facebook, not an email to me personally, an attack on a public forum. Shame dude"
