Service with integrity
Outstanding service from Out There 4x4. I had a major service and cambelt replacement done last week, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. I received daily updates throughout, and everyone I dealt with was friendly, honest, and genuinely committed to doing the job right. Their pricing is fair — I compared quotes with other agents in the area before booking — and despite the incredible amount of time they spent on the car, they stayed true to their original quote. I'm quite sure they didn't bill me for everything they did. What impressed me most was the honesty. When they found an unforeseen problem, they video called me to show me exactly what it was, explained it clearly, and fixed it. A small sensor was accidentally broken during the work — they told me upfront and replaced it at no charge. That kind of integrity is rare. A big thank you to Brian and Natalie. Highly recommended — I'll absolutely be back for my next service.

I cannot recommend Out There 4x4 highly enough! Their client service is truly exceptional. The way they treat their customers — and keep them consistently updated on their vehicle’s status — is commendable. It almost feels as though your vehicle is a valued VIP patient in their workshop. The team is always friendly, polite, and welcoming, making everyone who walks through the door feel like part of the family. No matter how many times you call, you are treated with the utmost respect and never made to feel like you are interrupting or inconveniencing anyone. In today’s world, where genuine customer service often feels like a rarity, it is refreshing to deal with a company that clearly puts both the client and their vehicle first. I also want to applaud them for the outstanding educational snippets they share on Facebook — empowering customers with knowledge on what to look and listen for so we can take better care of our vehicles and prevent unexpected issues. An all-round fantastic experience — thank you for setting such a high standard!
