Poor Solar Company experience

Out the Greenbox East London is a solar equipment installer that is all very nice when they need your money until they have it and everything changes. We had a solar system installed 3 years ago but they dishonestly installed a system that was discontinued due to continuous operating failures. Now the panels that are guaranteed for 10 years is corroding and malfunctioning. We reported the matter to Out the Greenbox and their reply was as follows. "Can you provide us with the manufacturer name under the panel and we will give you the contact details of the supplier" They expect us to climb on a roof and loosen panels to look under for information. They dont even keep record of what brand panels they fitted on my roof. People you are once again warned from the continuous bad aftersales service we receive from this company to avoid doing any solar installations by them.
