SUPPLIER RUNNING AWAY AFTER WRONG INSTALLATION

I bought a solar geyser from Earthwise( which has since changed to OUT OF THE GREENBOX- CONTACT DETAILS: mobile: *** tel: *** fax: *** Email: [Email Removed] or [Email Removed] ) on the 1st june 2013.for an amount of R14 500 and a cash amount of R4000. With the total amount of R18500 paid he claimed that it was less R5000 rebate. The geyser was installed and it burst on the 18 January 2015. I contacted the supplier on the 18th January 2015. He promised to send his employees to come and check on the 19th as the Geyser is still under warrantee. Indeed they came on the 19th switched off the water and advised me to call the manufacturer of the geyser and I did on that same day. The manufacturer indeed came to my premises to inspect and a report of the findings was emailed to me. The electrical isolator switch is mounted incorrectly into the geyser casing resulting in the manufacturer turning down the warrantee claim. This means that the installer incorrectly installed the geyser and should therefore take responsibility. I have made munerous attempts to contact the supplier and he literally does not take my calls or respond to texts.
