GREAT CALL CENTRE SERVICE

Hi Outsurance, I would love to come back to yourl but your prices are too high compared to what I am paying for insurance , however I would just like to thank Jeandre Bezuidenhout from the Sales call centre for his excellent service regarding the quote he provided - all too well when the quote is higher than what the client is paying , call centre agents suddenly become abrupt on their calls and want to brush us clients off- I would like to thank Jeandre for not doing that and for remaining bubbly and sincere throughout the call
