BAD SERVICE

I made a booking with Out of Africa earlier in the year which I was not able to keep for various reasons. I then asked to cancel this booking 6 weeks ago. The owner decided that they would charge me a 50% cancellation fee which I found to be unfair, however, this was fine. To date I have not received my outstanding money and after sending mails asking where my refund is and how long a refund takes to date I have not received any response from them. They were very quick to take my money when I had to pay to secure the booking but they are not so quick to return it. They have had my money since May this year!! I was very impressed with their service to begin with but am very unhappy and sad to see how they treat people one you cancel with them. Not very good behaviour for repeat business as I most definitely would never ever book with them again or encourage anyone to use this service.
