Out of Africa on the Vaal very disappointed

We book through Lekkeslaap at OUT OF AFRICA ON THE VAAL. We book and payed the deposit on the 11th September. We paid the balance on the 20th September. We booked 4-6 October. We wanted to take our grandchildren away. On the morning of the 4th at 05.13 I received a whatsup from Ilze from OUT OF AFRICA ON THE VAAL informing me they have a double booking, we cannot come anymore. Apparently they had a wedding. I told her that it was the only dates we had our grandchildren. She apologized and said that she would give us a weekend for free and pay back the money. I sent my banking details the 9th October. She said she'll pay it over the next day. I send a whatsup on the 15th. No response. On the 18th I send another message. She told me she would give it to her husband. It is now 21st October and still no money reflecting. I contacted Lekkeslaap and hopefully they will sort OUT OF AFRICA ON THE VAAL out.
