Disappointing Purchase: Inaccurate Tracking and Poor Customer Support

Do not buy from this store. I purchased a watch for my daughter in August, but it has several issues. First, the location tracking is inaccurate, often off by more than 2 km. When I reached out, I was told the problem was with my network—even though I’m consistently getting 5G on my phone in the same spot. The explanation was that the phone and watch aren’t comparable, but the issue is clearly with the watch, not the SIM. I’ve even tested the same SIM in a phone, and it works perfectly.

Secondly, despite setting the watch to reject all calls except from three specified numbers, it still receives calls from other contacts.

I was informed I could send the watch back for testing, but no refund would be provided. We also posted a review on their Facebook page, but it was removed, and we seem to have been blocked from the page.
