For the last 5 years I have taken my pedigreed yorkie for a wash and dry at Our Pets And a trim over the eye area He has a long silky coat This last time much to my horror I received back a half shaved raggedly chopped dog On complaining I was told to bring the dog back This is going to take months or a year to regrow No apologies They told me it’s the same person whose always been there This is definitely not true I requested their cell number and sent them photos asking them to call me before noon the next day or I will put them on social media Not a word I have before and after pictures
