I purchased the Kaytee Parrot food and I was charged on my credit card R685,00. When I realised I had overpaid for the product, I returned it within minutes. I was informed that they cannot reverse the credit card purchase. I must point out that this is against the Consumer Act of South Africa. The owner's name is Glenn and he was not interested in reversing the charges. I am a Medical Student and this R685,00 has made a huge dent in my budget. Please avoid this pet shop
