Mrs Klaplan, Principal at Our lady of natal

My son has been with the school.for 3 years, I have recently lost my job and cannot afford to pay school fees, his dad has been paying half of the total, they are now refusing fory child to come back to the school because of this, we have never had a problem paying before, it's just now that ive lost my job. The principal, Mrs Klaplan is extremely rude, im not sure if its because I am coloured that she feels like she can speak down to me. This is not the first time she has bern rude, I spoke about the homework been a bit much and she told me, if I have a problem with the school, I must remove my child from her school, she os just rude. No people skills, no empathy for what people are going through. Disregards you. I find it very disrespectful.
