I moved into a damaged property

I moved into my apartment in January 2024 whereby there was a tenant who occupied the property. When I moved in there was an outgoing checklist conducted by Marchia. Our Home was supposed to send a contractor to fix whatever that was damaged by the tenant. Up to date they haven't sent a contractor to come and fix even after I've done countless follow ups they still haven't done anything. I don't understand why because the tenant's deposit was to cater for such things. You are good enough to them when you want use their services however when it's time for them to deliver its a problem.
