PLEASE do not use this man for your party planning

This man ruined my sons second birthday party. There are a host of problems relating to the day, but I will list the main ones. The party was scheduled to start at 14:00 but he only pitched up at 13:50. Then he disappears for half and hour and refused to take my calls. He only completed setup at 15:00. He promised a specific package but we got only half of what we where supposed to get. No popcorn, no face painting, no props, the party packs where almost empty, the table setups were appalling. We got half a balloon arch instead of a full one. I asked for a refund on what was not provided and he agreed to refund me within 21 days. It has now been over a month and i've received nothing. He is not responding to my messages anymore. I am writing this report so other parents will not get ********** like me as your childs birthday party is something you look forward to and are supposed to cherish
