poor service to customer

be careful of oumar auto city dealer in meyerton, owner and his wife are very rude and arrogant, 2018 bought a kombi, after a week send it back to them for funny sound on front tyre and back tyres, they sent me to rock and audio which i believe its where they service their cars it was there for two weeks they send back to me and i took it to VW for Diagnostic only to find out that Kilos has been reversed,funny sound on front tyre still need to be fixed, vw give a list of all faulty, i sent back the car with the list and they told me its not their Problem.
