Disappointing experience

I called 'Ouma se Goed' to enquire about purchasing a cupboard and delivery to Pretoria. I paid off the cupboard, and got charged an extra R800 for delivery from Parys to Pretoria. After paying off the cupboard and the delivery fee, a total of R4600 on 18 January 2024, it is 18 March today and the long and short of it is I'm out of R4600 and still no cupboard. Continues empty promises of paying back the delivery fee so we can pick up cupboard ourselves, something we didnt want to do. But after more than a week of excuses I realize I'll have to take serious steps to hopefully get my money back. What a disappointing experience
