Almost ruined a celebration with very poor catering

Ouma Isie's is really a bad place. We had my grandmother's (99) memorial on 30 June and booked the after-event there. At +-R300 p/p one would not expect stale sandwiches (which I originally thought was toasted (?)) along with old and cold snacks like mini hotdogs, mini meat*****, etc. This was really a case of ****************.

After about 2 hours, they started cleaning up even though a lot of people haven't seen each other in a long time and made us feel unwelcome any longer.

When they contacted us after a bad review on Facebook, they claimed that it included drinks (which was +- R45 per person) and wanted to use that as an excuse.

They almost ruined, what was supposed to be, a celebration of my grandmother's life by delivering very poor catering and will absolutely NEVER support them again and go out of my way to advise everyone against supporting them.
