Bad service

We arrived at oukraal - Potchefstroom at 14:30,we were only a few people in the restaurant. We needed to ask for any service and the waiter came and took her time.... We ordered everything because I had class. She was taking her time and didn't care about our table. I feel that is bad service because when we asked her when the food will be ready at 15:10 she said no it's on its way,it only cane at 15:20. She will go to other tables more than three times to ask if everything oky is,she never came to ask anything at our table.
