Terrible mess

Paid 9 and 1/2 thousand rand for a totally Redmi Note 12 Turbo. Website created impression it's in stock. Took forever to arrive. When set to English, some icons changed to English, but search was a collection of Chinese search engines. All in Chinese. No use to anyone.Took even a longer fight to get "rom" supposedly fixed. Now chrome works. But as soon as you go to widgets to add Google search bar - bam - Chinese and no Google. Still the Chinese group of search engines only. No real rom flash done. Just mutton dressed as lamb. Total nonsense.
