OukitelStore ******** behavior

Very disappointed with this company. I think I've lost my money - couple of thousand Rand because I don't get any feedback from these people. At the beginning when I paid there were notifications, etc. and then it just died over time after lots of promises on my ordered phone being out of stock. I've tried several times to ask for a refund and after a couple of months, still waiting. I've started the process of the Small claims court as well as reporting them to the National Consumer Commission. I have too much faith in companies being honest, but these lot are just ********s - *****s. Good luck if you purchase anything from these guys. I honestly don't know how their website can still be live.
