Oukitel SA - are *****, ******* and sell defective products.

My phone isnt even 3 months old with several problems 1. They tell you to take the phone in for assessment (2 hours assessment) 2. The technician informs you that you should get a refund (after the assessment was done) 3. YOU have to follow up, as Outkitel simply ignores you 4. The Customer Manager then says the phone must be assessed over 2-3 days i) the Customer Service Manager is beyond rude and merely copies and pastes links from their website without actually providing the truth of what her technician said) 5. One cannot simply be without a phone for work for 3 days - but this doesnt matter to Oukitel

Oukitel was advised from the start that the product was defective and they refused to refund the money
