Oukitel store Pty does not refund what they do not deliver after being paid.

My experience with Oukitel Store Pty is awful. I ordered online a XIAOMI 13 Ultra , payed R29890 on the 10th of July of 2023 and the phone was never delivered. I asked for refund and till today the 25th October 2023, was not done and the muted to all my contacts after requesting the refund.

A company to report online to not enter into business and would have to be avoided by anyone who do not want to be robed.
