Oukitel Store is ********

I ordered and paid for a phone on 13 January 2023, after Oukitel Store said that phone is local and will be delivered within 5 days. When it didn't arrive, they said it is delayed in China and I will receive it the first week of February 2023 or earlier. On Monday 06 February 2023 I again enquired and received feedback "I'll give you your tracking number latest tomorrow afternoon, can be today." Till today 10 February 2023 I didn't receive any feedback or response on my daily WhatsApp's.
