OUKITEL - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

If it was an option I would not even give one star. I ordered and paid for my phone on the 17th of July (to be delivered within 5-7 work days). I still do not have the phone and each time I speak to them they have a different story. The CEO Luckmore doesnt even answer my messages or calls anymore. I'm now pretty sure this is all a ****. First time after I ordered, I was told that the shipment is on the way. When I enquired again I was told that that specific phone has been discontinued (how has it been shipped after it was discontinued. Then the shipments are held up by customs - then another shipment is sent and held by customs. Do no order anything from these people
