Worst phone ever and back up service,Stay away !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst phone ever, I bought 2 phones in March 2024 W*** which is supposed to be a Rugged phone, since March it has been back so many times, they have had my phone more times than I have had the pleasure,it wasnt even 2 weeks and I had to return it ,they refuse to give you another phone, it returned back to me again in August, the speaker didn't even last 2 days and it stop working again. You have to constantly restart it to get signal. The other phone WP28 isn't connecting via blue tooth to any of our cars. With both phones we had the issue with it switched itself of and didn't want to go on again, had to send it in for that 2. They throw a death ear if you request your money back. If you don't phone them after 3 weeks, you hear nothing from them. The amount of Ref numbers should tell you, some off the returns they didn't even bother to give a Job card number but I have emails to prove it, I am not lying
