The service was efficient from courier collection arrangements >Oukitel repairs> step by step update> repairs> delivery back to me ..I've had such an excellent experience with another cell company in comparison to Oukitel...you guys are light years ahead of other mobile companies with aftersales service and repairs...even the repairs are 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Great service from Oukitel team...I highly recommend Oukitel
