This review is a reply to Oukitel's attempt to improve my experience with their customer service.
Although I am still underwhelmed with the WP18, I commend them on their speedy replies and massive attempts to ensure that the rest of my phone's repairs happened quickly and effectively.
Customer service is their priority.
