Only buy from Oukitel South Africa, not the store
Only buy from Oukitel South Africa, not the store. Did a lot of homework on Oukitel, as I love unknown brands. Sent a message on their online chat and was annoyed that it took 2 hours for them to respond, but when they did, the service from Mbali was good. She was cool headed while I was not so nice, so 5 stars for you. I did the purchase and the next day I read some awful reviews from what I did not realize was Oukitel store. I called Oukitel, but no answer and I started stressing. I messaged Mbali and within 20 minutes, I received a call from Oukitel. They set my mind at ease. I got my phone 2 days later. Well done Oukitel. I say again, buy from Oukitel South Africa only. I am so happy with the product. Why 4 stars? I ordered a black phone and they sent me a blue one and that I was not happy about.
