Excellent service, two for two.
Have bought two phones in two years and in both cases service was excellent. The last phone, after I ordered, turned out to not be in stock as they sold out really quickly. Oukitel called me to inform me of a delay, and when I explained I needed the phone urgently offered me a newer model at the same cost amd shipped it the same day.
