Customer service Disappointed
Their communication is bad. Mails go unanswered without a definite answer. Turnaround times are weeks if using delivery. It's like they don't care about helping anyone.
The Repair facility manager was not helpful. All in All , Oukitel are Good Phones but there after sales is questionable. Only 1 Repair Facility in Gauteng . They need to Take there Customer service More Seriously.
