Ouhout Meubels in Baywest gives no service and not interested in customers

Ouhout in Baywest Mall, Port Elizabeth surely do not need business. I went into the store almost a year ago looking for a blackwood table. They did not have what I wanted so I ordered one with my specifications as the lady in the store said I could do.

I had no response after about 3 months only to be told nothing had been done. I told her to please escalate and waited another couple of months. Still no response.

I went into the store a few weeks ago and was told that the heafoffice in Cape Town is not sending them stock and also that the mall management asked them whether they are still trading as no movement seems to be happening at Ouhout.

If they are not interested in doing business then rather close the store than keep customers hanging in with false hope.

Very dissatisfied to say the least.
