Ouhout Meubels and West Coast Mall in Vredenburg, Bunch of ******

Looking at all the previous reviews and also seeing the TOTAL LACK OF INTEREST from Ouhout Meubels, I really don't expect a response, however I would still like to air my grievances so as to perhaps warn others who may think of dealing with them to, THINK TWICE !!! I won a competition that was run by West Coast Mall in Vredenburg, Western Cape a few years ago. As I don't live in the area and as the gift voucher from Ouhoud Meubels for R 1000.00 had no expiration date, and as they had been compensated in cash already for the voucher by the West Coast mall, I saw no reason to rush up and spend my voucher. A few days ago I decided to take a break and take a drive to see the flowers and spend another idyllic few days at the West Coast, and at the same time eventually pop in to the mall and redeem my vouchers. WELL, I was made to feel like a ******** by both Gerard, the manager of Ouhoud Meubels and Wendy Bezuidenhout the manager of the West Coast Mall, who both accused me of faking the gift vouchers, even though both vouchers were on Ouhoud Meubels original letterhead (I guess I am clever enough to know exactly what their letterhead looks like, had a Print Shop, do up a design and then print me out 2 pages 😂😂, spending probably twice as much as the gift voucher was worth, just incase they didn't want to honour the voucher) Well seems like I have learned my lesson, DON'T SHOP at Ouhoud Meubels, and NEVER enter a competition run by The WEST COAST MALL in Vredenburg.
