Beautifull poor quality lounge suite
<p>December 2016 me and my wife where in the market for a decent fabric lounge suite. But we didn't have enough space for a big 3 and 2 seater. So we started shopping around. We are from Worcester and there isn't much choice. So we decided to visit Ouhout Meubels in Mountain Mill mall, because they have beautiful furniture. Good quality from the eye. So we bought a 3 seater, grey in fabric, modern design. It was on sale , right in our budget. We bought 2 stools at another furniture shop in CPT, because we couldn't find what we were looking for in Worcester. 2 months of sitting on the 3 seater we noticed the seat cushions where uncomfortable after a while of sitting on the couch. The seat cushions were only 120mm thick, but fit the design perfect. It felt like you where sitting on the wooden frame. So I phoned Ouhout Worcester. They asked that I bring the couch which they will then send back to the supplier in CPT. They will increase the foam. A week and a half later we have the couch back. Now it is 3 months after they made the repairs and we are experiencing the same problem. The cushions compres to much after sitting on the couch for a while and it feels as if you are sitting on the wooden frame of the couch. Not what you would expect from a company priding themselves on low quantity, high quality. Nou after communicating with their head office in Graafwater, to a lady named Linda it became clear their policy, is when an item is older than 6 months they cannot refund it. But I highlighted that the couch was only 5 months old. Then she contacted the Worcester branch and came back to me saying they cannot refund because the couch was on sale. So I asked her if they have 2 policies? One for sale items and one for non sale items. She answered me via email saying she is not going to proceed in a paper war with me. They will replace the cushion foam with high density foam and that is it. They can't help me further. What great service is this not from shop to head office? So me and my wife are stuck with this poor quality couch. My wife is not happy! </p>
