Bad Customer Service and Turnaround,

Bought a customer design TV unit and paid in full end January 2020. Only received it early September, after supposed to be 6-8 week delivery. Not sure if this was rocket science to put boards together or not but The unit was not ready in the 8 weeks just prior to lockdown. ...After rejecting the first one in June or so, the second unit in august has many annoying defects, was not to specifications as required and still not 100% completed. In summary the work is not up to quality, the communications was terrible...had to literally call and email very often, promises were broken several times..but had to go through the motions cos i paid up front. i will never use them again.
