So Called Service Sucks

About 5 years ago my new house was in the finishing stages ,a group of roofing workmen hijacked me and held me hostage, our ADT security guard drove past saw me being held in the back of a bakkie and merey waved doing absolutely nothing. I pay for a security service via our HOA. When i reported to the HOA they treated as a joke and imp**** i was not serious even though the police were called. AGAIN yesterday i went out for the day and somehow my large sliding security gate remained open the whole day with nobody home. ADT patrol the area 24hrs a day and felt that it was fine and did nothing. On taking it up with Anne i got nothing but attitude and was not interested unless i e mailed her,in the meantime i must put up with bad service BUT make sure you pay your levy R 330.00
