Bad service/work quality

I bought a groupon voucher for me and my friend to be pampered with pedi, mani, medi heel and gel overlays. We went today and I must say I am very disappointed. My gel overlays is a complete disaster. My thumb nail gel is lifting up, my point finger is only parsially covered with gel and my big to looks like ethere was a big blob of gel just left there. I cannot understand why you would sell groupon vouchers to promote your business, but this is the service you deliver. If you are not going to give the same service to a groupon customer as to a 'normal' paying customer, I don\t think you should advertise on groupon. And now I sit with botched nails. "
