Pathetic Service and false Advertising

Hi....<br> <br> I would like to lay a complaint... My sisters, mother and I purchased a groupon for a mani and a pedi with medi heel and gel overlays for 2 and a mani and pedi with medi heel for 2...<br> <br> We are so disappointed in the service/treatment we received at so called 'spa'. <br> <br> firstly the groupon stated it was for a mani and pedi... <br> <br> both my sisters, mother and I did not receive any manicures... my hands was not attended to as it only got a paint... We paid for a manicure...<br> <br> as for the pedi... our feet was just soaked for a few seconds and then painted... because your nail polish takes an hour to dry... seriously it was more than an hour... <br> <br> What a manicure and pedicure consist of:<br> <br> Manicure or pedicure entails a foot/ hand soak, an exfoliating scrub and cuticle work- all manicures and pedicures are finished with a file and polish of your choice.<br> <br> I am seriously disgusted in the service and false advertising... we did not receive the above mentioned manicure and pedicure. We left the spa feeling very puzzled, disappointed and ****med. I would not recommend this spa to anyone.<br> <br> Please note I will complain about your spa on every forum. Until you contact me.
