Cape Summer Villas horrible service in Oubaai

We had a terrible service at an Oubaai golf estate house in George, managed by Cape Summer Villas. Apart from the booking by Booking.com, everything was horrible. The arrival reception was confusing and we didn’t know where to check-in. We started at the hotel reception and at the house sales, because we were never told. Eventually we got the keys at the security guards, but with no directions or any further details. The house is not cleaned by anyone for the whole week, no replenish of towels or toilet papers for the whole week. The TV DSTV was disconnected. On departure two cleaners showed up at 8:30am to tell us we should check-out by 9am, which was never disclosed to us. Actually in the booking it said 11am chevk-out. A seriously spoilt 20th Anniversary celebration by horrible service.
