Theft

I had a grate time at oubaai hotel in George. I felt at home by the warm welcome from the staff. The service was excellent that i wount lie... but i had a bad experience too,where my two pair of shoes were ****** from my bag by who ever came in our room while we were gone. I tryed to phone and send emails to the hotel about this but i was told nothing was found.. my question is how did my shoes develop feet and walk out of the room on its own while we gone? I beleive someone should be hold accountable for this and not just be told nothing can be done we looked everywhere, while the ***** is still working for them and looking for other victims.. all i want is my staff back am sure you do have cameras of went in out of our room that day. I am not happy with the way this was handled at all.. this is a warning for others too... please be careful what you leave in the hands of cleaners at oubaai
