Is this really a 5 star hotel

3pm and my room is still not made up forced to wait outside in the freezing cold. Food is really not good i could barely swallow it. Responses to complaints are oh well we have many rooms to clean really i am paying a lot of money. Terrible waste of money and. ******* disgusted
