False Advertising

<p>I purchased a Flook deal for a family weekend at the end of 2016. When I contacted Oubaai in order to make a booking today I was informed that the voucher is not redeemable over the long weekend I was looking to confirm, namely 27 April to 1 May, based on the following clause:</p> <p> </p> <p>Oubaai Terms & Conditions apply - subject to available rooms (see Terms Tab)</p> <p> </p> <p>I include the full set of T's and C's below.</p> <p> </p> <p>You will notice that included in the fine print specific reference is made to Easter weekend being excluded. It further states that NO RESTRICTIONS apply?</p> <p> </p> <p>I was informed that the reason for not being able to accept my booking was based on the above mentioned clause stating "subject to room availability". Translated this basically means that we will accept your booking when it suits us. Not being clearer upfront and using this clasue as something to hide behind is extremely disingenuous in my opinion. Why not simply state that all long weekends are excluded?
