Bathroom not cleaned after previous room occupants

Arrived on the 18 Aug 2017 and checked out on the 19 Aug after breakfast, as we were getting ready to leave I wanted to take a bath, the bath tub had not been cleaned (from the previous occupants) because the water had soap **** floating and there was long strands of hair everywhere; on the bathroom floor, in the water in the bath tub and dry foam on the bathroom wall. You can imagine my shock and disgust as I was not expecting such at this particular establishment (or any for that matter). I am thoroughly disappointed and repulsed by the lack of hygiene and care that the house keeping staff demonstrated in the "cleaning" of the room. I made 2 staff members (front desk and Mr. Skotsho) aware of this incident in the morning when I found this and at check out.

Sent them an email on the 22 August as per the request of the manager. I am yet to receive acknowledgement of my email and complaint and even sent a follow-up message on their website
