Absolute filth !!

Absolutely the most filthiest and disgusting hotel ever !! Cucina Restaurant - carpet disgustingly dirty - material on seat of chairs torn - carpet is torn - flies flock all over the buffet food !! Don't even think the carpets or chairs have ever been steam-cleaned - filth filth filth !!! Staff cannot even get a simple request for Filter Coffee correct... Pathway tiles are covered in bird **** and haven't been washed since forever. On checkout, wasn't shown an ounce courtesy whatsoever or even asked how our stay was - more like "thank you for your money - now leave" . How on earth are they rated a four star hotel?!?!!
